Many time customer demands statement of their accounts. In finacle, HPSP command is available for print statement of all account. The following process is given for using this command.
- Menu Shortcut - HPSP
- GO
- From A/c ID -
- To A/c ID -
- Event - Duplicate -
- Period From -
- Period To -
- Statement Size - Half
- Submit
- Menu Shortcut - HPR
- GO
- Select Statement of Accounts
- Print Screen
- Click on Print Button
- Hence the statement of account is ready for customer.
