a) Collection of ldentify Proof while booking lnternational
Parcels & EMS Merchandise:- Henceforth, it will be mandatory to obtain a copy of the
identity proof of the consignor for booking of any International parcel and EMS
Merchandise. The identity proof shall be kept in record along with the tracking
number of the Parcel/ EMS Merchandise for Six (6) months from the date of
booking.
b) Providing Telephone number of Consignor as well as
Consignee:-At the time of booking
of international Parcels and EMS Merchandise, the consignor is to be requested
to provide the telephone/mobile number of the Consignor as well as consignee on
the .article itself. However, mentioning telephone/rnobile number of either the
consigner or the consignee is NOT MANDATORY:
