A detailed clarification with reference to the
above has been issued by DOPT today. It is clarified that this declaration will
be in addition to any declaration submitted as per relevant conduct rules. It
means those require to furnish annual property statement will have to file this
mandatory statement in addition to the already filed statement under CCS
