Revised DPT Fix 4.9 Dated 18.02.2015 for clearing earlier discrepancy

There was a bug in DPT fix 4.9 (RD a/c with d/f as zero option-Already paid d/f again appeared in bulk posting screen.)
Solution of this discrepancy available in revised DPT fix.

Warning : offices not having separate block/range of accounts for agents should not try fix-agent-related-issues button.
