Following is the procedure for closure of NSS87 Accounts
- If
customer submits, 15G/15H update the same in CASBAM and verify; if not
submitted, TDS recovery has to be done
- Account
closure to be attempted in HCAAC
- If
there is message to collect TDS charges, user has to check HACLI for the
account and ensure interest amount is calculated and posted. In case of
heavy loads on the server , the generation of interest might take some
time, (10-15 minutes.)
- If
HCACC is attempted before interest is posted, error message will be
displayed in HCACC "Run HACINT"; do not report this as an error.
- After
ensuring that interest is posted, Collect charges using HCACC and then
proceed for closure in HCAAC.
