In connection with the
National Games 2015, India Post in tie-up with Diamond
India Ltd (DIL), who has been selected as the
Official Merchandise Partner for 35th National Games,
Kerala 2015 started distribution of commemorative silver
bars to its customers and general public through selected Post offices in
Kerala.
The silver bar for National Games will carry
the image of the mascot (i.e. Ammu) on one side and National Games Logo on
other side. These silver bars are available in two denominations
i.e., 20g and 50g and the sale price is approximately Rs 1400 and Rs 3500
respectively. This price may vary according to the market value of silver.
The bar is assay certified for purity and has come with tamper proof
packaging. Kerala Postal Circle will get 6 % commission on the sale price
excluding all taxes. The business will be for a short period of two months from
31.01.15 to 31.03.15.
